Renowned economist and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Dr. Arthur Laffer will speak at a free event at Villanova University at 4:00 PM.
This event is free and open to the public and will take place in the Driscoll Hall auditorium.
Following his speech, Dr. Laffer will participate in a Q&A discussion with members of the audience.
