Bard College in New York will join Harvard University in showing the film How to Blow Up a Pipeline to students, according to a tip received through Young America’s Foundation’s Campus Bias Tip Line. The private institution will host the screening as part of its “climate and justice” programming this evening.
As originally reported by Kassy Akiva of the Daily Wire, Harvard University, the alma mater of the film’s director, hosted a showing last week.
The leftist climate alarmists behind this disturbing movement are not shy about their intentions, either. In an apparent attempt to encourage viewers to follow through on the film’s call-to-action, its official website contains a map of all oil and gas pipelines in the United States.
“Act outside of the system,” the “Take Action” page insists.
Shortly after the film’s initial release in 2023, the FBI issued an alert warning that “the film has potential to inspire threat actors to target oil and gas infrastructure with explosives or other destructive devices.”
The New Guard’s attempts to reach event organizers to ask about the thought process that went into the decision to host this screening were unsuccessful.
According to How to Blow Up a Pipeline’s “Take Action” map, which contains a search feature that enables nefarious individuals to locate nearby targets with ease, the college is a quick 13-minute drive away from the nearest pipeline.
This article will be updated if the college returns the New Guard’s request for comment.
