Joe Prendergast serves as YAF’s Patricia A. Pearson Intern at the Reagan Boyhood Home.
Young America’s Foundation significantly influenced Joe, with YAF’s YouTube channel playing a role in his conversion to and formation as a conservative. Videos featuring Ben Shapiro and Michael Knowles helped shed light on the logic behind conservative positions and break down politically incorrect truths.
As a Catholic, Joe believes that conservatives should not shy away from “culture war” issues and should advocate for the unborn, traditional morality, and the restoration of God in public discourse—despite the attacks and retaliation that may come from it.
Joe earned his Associate of Arts degree from the College of DuPage and plans to transfer to Franciscan University of Steubenville.
