Michael McGonigle joined YAF’s team as director of public relations. In this role, he handles press while working to maintain and improve YAF’s relationships with key audiences.
Michael relocated to northern Virginia from Colorado, where he worked for a major non-profit managing media relations and a team of content producers and journalists.
Before moving to Colorado, Michael spent time at a public relations firm, where he oversaw a portfolio that included a wide range of clients. Past clients included former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former Presidential advisor and speechwriter Ben Stein, two Presidential libraries, various authors, athletes, and charities.
In 2017, Michael and his team were recognized for outstanding PR work on behalf of the Richard Nixon Presidential Library when they were nominated for and received the Gold SABRE Award and the PRSA Silver Anvil Award.
