Gabe Rader joined YAF’s team as a development officer at the Foundation’s national headquarters.
Gabe became familiar with and involved with YAF as a student during his sophomore year at College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. His first conference was the National Conservative Student Conference that next summer. This conference further evoked his love for conservative values. It inspired him to participate in YAF’s 9/11: Never Forget Project, Freedom Week, the Atlanta Freedom Conference, and the Road to Freedom Seminar at the Reagan Ranch.
He specifically loves the degree to which YAF has been influenced by Ronald Reagan.
Gabe served as the Phi Beta Lambda Business Club president and was involved in the Baptist Student Union and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Before graduating, he helped lay the foundation for the college’s first Student Managed Investment Fund.
Gabe graduated from College of the Ozarks in May 2023 with a bachelor of science in business administration and is looking forward to developing strong relationships with the generous supporters of Young America’s Foundation.
Over the past three years, Gabe worked as a student assistant in the development office at College of the Ozarks, where all full-time students work 15 hours per week plus two 40-hour work weeks to offset the cost of tuition. During that time, he enjoyed promoting the school’s mission and values, including patriotism, hard work, Christianity, and traditional American values.
Gabe is originally from Fort Worth, Texas, but has lived in Louisburg, Kansas, with his parents and younger brother since 2012. He enjoys outdoor activities and is a Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals, and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Gabe looks forward to connecting with the Foundation’s generous supporters, students, and staff, who work continuously to advance conservative principles, ideas, and values.
