Another unchecked regulatory agency, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, is abusing their power to harm home and landowners in Virginia. Eminent domain is supposed to be a legislative act, but congress has allowed agencies like this one to operate on their own to take land from Americans. One branch of government is not allowed to outsource their constitutional duties to another branch of government. YAF has asked the Court to find that agencies do not have this power.
