Amicus Brief : Littlejohn v Leon County

This case presents yet another case of public school officials secretly urging children to “gender transition” without telling their parents. Here, the county actually codified the horrendous policy through the “LCS Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Nonconforming and Questioning Support Guide.” YAF is proud to join a brief by Advancing American Freedom to stand against the harm being perpetuated against this young generation. The Foundation believes that parents are the best administrators of their children’s own physical, moral, and educational development. When AAF faced difficulties from the other side in seeking to file this brief, they invoked the words of YAF’s Founder, William F.
