When the federal government, under guise of the harmful “Chevron Doctrine”, ordered doctors and hospitals carry out abortions, even if contrary to state law, YAF joined this amicus brief to ask that Chevron be rejected once and for all so health care providers are free to practice their convictions, and states are free to protect families and the unborn.
