New Action: Gettysburg College

Even after the Supreme Court banned race-based admissions and held that the Constitution requires a color-blind government, Gettysburg College has taken a strong pro-racialism stance. As recently as this year, Gettysburg has reaffirmed its commitment to use racial quotas in admissions.

YAF therefore filed a civil rights complaint with the Department of Education to expose this and other wrongful programs at Gettysburg. Schools cannot uphold unlawful and unethical programs that demean and divide people based on “identity.” You are encouraged to read the entire complaint.
