Young Americans for Freedom at Penn State Harrisburg applied for event approval and funding to bring Michael Knowles to campus – but a rogue administrator stonewalled them, creating arbitrary and ever-changing conditions on the approval process. Additionally, the administrator demanded to preview the content of Knowles’ speech before she would approve it – blatant viewpoint discrimination.
