California

When the California attorney general demanded nonprofits reveal the identity of their donors, YAF filed an amicus brief in support of free – and anonymous – speech. Americans should not fear retaliation for supporting beloved causes. The Supreme Court agreed and issued a landmark decision protecting donor privacy.
