YOUNG AMERICA’S FOUNDATION’S “BRING A FRIEND” PROMOTION TO EARN FREE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE FOR THE 48TH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONSERVATIVE STUDENT CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON, DC, AUGUST 6-8, 2026, FEATURING THE FREEDOM AT 250 RALLY AT MOUNT VERNON

Sponsor and Administrator: Young America’s Foundation (Foundation), 11480 Commerce Park Drive, 6th Floor, Reston, VA 20191, (800) USA-1776.

By entering any portion of Young America’s Foundation “Bring a Friend” Promotion to Earn Free Travel Assistance for the 48TH Annual National Conservative Student Conference (the “Conference”) in Washington, DC, from August 6-8, 2026 (the “Promotion”), all Entrants, including the Winner, acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules.

  1. Eligibility 
    1. The Promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 who was a Young America’s Foundation member as of June 1, 2026 and is a registered attendee of the Conference as of August 1, 2026.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Entrants who are not the legal age of majority in their state (e.g., under 19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, under 21 years of age in Mississippi) must submit a completed Parental Consent Form that is signed by the Entrant’s or Winner’s parent or legal guardian. Entries submitted by minors without a fully completed parental consent form will be disqualified. All entrants must be legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram
    2. Young America’s Foundation retains the ultimate decision, in its sole discretion, as to which Entrants are eligible. Young America’s Foundation’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.
  1. Winning Entries
    1. Entrants must invite three friends to attend the Conference and ask them to use the code “BRINGAFRIEND” to register.  Once those three friends have registered for the Conference with the code “BRINGAFRIEND, ” the Entrant must email [email protected] to identify by the name the three friends who registered for the Conference.  Young America’s Foundation will award the Prize to each Entrant once Young America’s Foundation confirms that the three friends identified by name by Entrant have signed up for the Conference.   The friends must have signed up for the Conference using the code above in order for the Entrant to be eligible for the Prize, not by alternative means.
  1. Entries
    1. All Entries must be received by Young America’s Foundation by August,1 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. The Promotion period will run from June 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time to August 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. Young America’s Foundation reserves the right to adjust any deadline(s) as the result of causes beyond its immediate control or if enough submissions are not received. Notice of any extended deadline will be published on Young America’s Foundation’s website.
    2. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Entry will be truthful and accurate in all respects.
    3. Any Entry that does not satisfy all requirements of these Official rules will be disqualified. Young America’s Foundation may, in its sole discretion, remove, delete and/or disqualify any entries or any Entrant for any reason or no reason.
  1. Judging and Selection of the Winner
    1. Young America’s Foundation will award the Prize to each Entrant once Young America’s Foundation confirms that the three friends identified by name by Entrant have signed up for the Conference.   The friends must have signed up for the Conference using the code above in order for the Entrant to be eligible for the Prize, not by alternative means.
    2. The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone no later than August 1, 2026. Details of the Winner will be available for at least ninety (90) days after the above notification date by contacting Young America’s Foundation at (800) USA-1776. The Winner agrees to have his/her name published as a Winner of the Promotion.
  1. Prize
    1. Each Winner will receive reimbursement for air transportation from major airport nearest Winner’s home to Washington, DC, or ground transportation to Washington, DC, to attend Young America’s Foundation’s 48th Annual National Conservative Conference, scheduled for August 6-8 , 2026 and registration for the Conference, which includes hotel accommodations for two (2) nights for Winner [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], meals from Friday dinner through Saturday dinner, and access to all Conference sessions, materials, and conference paraphernalia. The approximate fair market value of the Prize is $1,500.  Sponsor shall only reimburse air transportation expenses up to the amount of the least expensive flight that Sponsor negotiates directly with carrier.   No transfer, cash or other substitution of the Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason.
    2. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airports to and from winner’s home residence are the Winner’s sole responsibility. In the event that Winner engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the Conference and/or travel thereto, Winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from winner’s behavior and agrees that Winner must return home at Winner’s expense with no further compensation to Winner.
  1. License
    1. Except where prohibited by law, upon submitting any Entry, the Entrant, including the Winner, grants Young America’s Foundation, its directors, officers, employers, and its agents the unconditional, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to publish, display, broadcast, reproduce, use, sublicense (through multiple tiers), adapt, edit and/or modify, adjust, abridge, condense, and/or excerpt and create derivative works from their photograph, photo images, likeness, name and biographical data as submitted in the Entry, without limitation and for any purpose (including commercial purposes, advertising, publicity, fundraising, promotion and sales), and without consideration to the Entrant and without further consent, compensation or approval, whether or not such Promotion materials are selected as a winning entry, along with the right of attribution. Entrant agrees that all right, title and interest, including the copyrights, in and to any and all derivative works of the Entry created by Young America’s Foundation shall be owned exclusively by Young America’s Foundation.
  1. Third Party Permissions
    1. Entrant warrants that he or she has obtained all of the rights, licenses, permissions, or consents in writing from any person (or parent/legal guardian if person is a minor) who may have helped create or who may appear in the Entry and for any material or elements that are not owned by the Entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties prior to the submission of the Entry.
    2. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Young America’s Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or causes of action, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense alleging that Young America’s Foundation’s use of an Entry violated a third party’s copyright, publicity rights, or that said use was defamatory or constituted an invasion of privacy.
  1. Transmission and Technical Issues
    1. Whether it occurs in the preparation of an Entry, an attempt to submit an Entry, submission of an Entry, receipt of an Entry, selecting the Winner, or announcing the Winner, Young America’s Foundation shall not be responsible or liable for any and all:
      1. Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible Entries;
      2. Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in communication, operation or transmission, non-delivery, theft or destruction or any other malfunction that is technical or related to computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or internal hardware of software, connections, or availability, lost or unavailable network connections, or unauthorized human intervention/access to a computer system, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in entering or conducting the Promotion;
      3. Incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information, Entry, or other information, or the failure to capture any such Entry or information;
      4. Damage caused by computer virus or otherwise, to any computer resulting from Entrant’s access to Young America’s Foundation’s website or participation in the Promotion;
      5. Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or unauthorized access to the website;
      6. Printing, typographical, tabulation, or human error, or unauthorized human intervention, including these Rules and in any written materials related to this Promotion or the announcement of the Winner;
      7. Late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail;
      8. Any and all Internet access and usage charges that an Entrant may incur in the course of this Promotion;
      9. Any injury or damage to any Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or phone related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of Young America’s Foundation website; and
      10. Any unauthorized third party use of any Entry.
    2. Persons found tampering with any aspect of this Promotion or Entry process, or whom Young America’s Foundation believes, in its sole discretion, to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage, or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, will be disqualified.
    3. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or similar Entry or registration methods or voting methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify from the Promotion any Entrant using such methods.
  1. Modification or Cancellation
    1. The Promotion and these Promotion Rules are subject to cancellation, termination, modification, limitation, or suspension in Young America’s Foundation’s sole discretion, with or without notice, including to persons who have already entered the Promotion. All cancellations, terminations, modifications, limitations, or suspensions of the Promotion or Promotion Rules will be posted on Young America’s Foundation’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, these rights extend to circumstances in which Young America’s Foundation, at its sole discretion and for any reason, determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. If, in those circumstances, Young America’s Foundation terminates the Promotion, it reserves the right to select the Winner from among all eligible Entries received as of the date of termination or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Young America’s Foundation.
  1. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
    1. IN NO EVENT WILL YOUNG AMERICA’S FOUNDATION BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM, UPLOADING TO, AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”; WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW OR MAY LIMIT THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR OTHER PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUNG AMERICA’S FOUNDATION OR ITS AGENTS OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIIL LAW, AND FOUNDATION AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  1. Indemnification and Release
  1. Each Entrant, including the Winner, agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Young America’s Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or causes of action, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage and personal injury (including emotional distress) which may occur in connection with participation in , the Promotion, and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. If this release is prohibited in any part by applicable law, Entrant hereby waives the right to seek or accept damages in any proceeding and to reimburse Young America’s Foundation for any and all expenses or costs associated with such claim (including attorney’s fees, court fees and the amount of any judgment or settlement).
  1. Choice of Law
  1. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Young America’s Foundation in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Promotion shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.
