Hayden Martin is a political science major at Fullerton College in Fullerton, CA. He first became involved with Young America’s Foundation after he attended YAF’s Principles of a Reagan Conservative Seminar at the Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara, California in August of 2015. After that conference he quickly became passionate about the Conservative Movement and the mission of Young America’s Foundation. Hayden has driven over three thousand miles to help his fellow YAF activists across California in their various activism initiatives. Most notably, he was vital in assisting with the headline-grabbing Ben Shapiro lecture at California State University, Los Angeles and the 9/11: Never Forget Project at Saddleback College. Hayden is thankful for the opportunity to be an intern at YAF’s Reagan Ranch Center for the summer. He is looking forward to helping Young America’s Foundation spread the principles of freedom. Hayden says about YAF, “I certainly would not be where I am today without this incredible organization. YAF has forever changed my life, and has given me a desire to communicate the values that have inspired me to those around me.” In his free time when he isn’t helping with events at the Reagan Ranch Center, or going to YAF conferences, he likes to surf, fish, and binge-watch the newest season of House of Cards.
