Here’s an equation for you: 6 cars crawling congested city streets in a big circle for a kitschy late night TV segment (+) carbon emissions being spewed for upwards of an hour (+) passenger seats full of ‘environmentally conscious’ celebrities (x) 23 segments (=) one heck of an inconvenient truth for some of Hollywood’s most prolific environmental crusaders.

Millions of Americans are reasonably skeptical about the so-called ‘climate change’ narrative pushed by liberals. Many of the celebrity guests on James Corden’s popular ‘Carpool Karaoke’ segment, however, are enthusiastic progressives who publicly claim to fight for the environment, but clearly can’t give up a little publicity to put their money where their mouths are.

Get this– one taping of ‘Carpool Karaoke’ emits way more pollution than the average person’s commute.

To outspoken leftists, driving a car to work or taking a cross-country family road trip means drowning the last polar bear. If that’s your opinion, fine. But don’t turn around and hop in a caravan of SUVs to cruise aimlessly around Los Angeles.

To produce the segment, Corden and his celebrity guest are not alone on the road. Nope, they’re part of a six car convoy. The vehicle of choice for James Corden? A Range Rover Sport model, which gets an abysmal 17 MPG according to the manufacturer’s website. The speed cap on Corden’s city driving is a mere 20 mph, which he rarely reaches as he crisscrosses Los Angeles’ congested streets spewing dastardly emissions into the already smog-filled air.

Since the Carpool Karaoke segment was first released, Corden has recorded and aired 23 sketches, most recently featuring First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama. The total airtime for these 23 carpools is 4 hours, 9 minutes, 49 seconds, but most tapings involve an hour-long session, and as was the case with Adele, drive and tape times can be as high as two hours each.

The hypocrisy exhibited by the celebrities who hop into James Corden’s Range Rover is staggering.

We’ve compiled a massive list of statements from Corden’s celebrity guests to outline the breadth of their hypocrisy. As you can plainly see, these celebrities are happy to preach to average Americans fighting climate change but didn’t think twice about hopping in a Range Rover and circling LA with a giant convoy for a silly television segment.
