The University of South Alabama YAF chapter (USA YAF) has been named the September 2026 YAF Chapter of the Month.
The chapter faced pushback from the Left on their campus this month while actively promoting and defending conservative values through bold activism initiatives and more.
The chapter participated in Young America’s Foundation’s annual 9/11 Never Forget Project, setting it up at their campus’ memorial for 9/11. USA YAF left the project consisting of 2,977 flags, up for consecutive days to maximize the visibility of the memorial and the importance of remembering those lives taken by radical jihadists 25 years ago.
Most notably, a video recorded by the chapter went viral online after a leftist harassed the chapter simply for encouraging open debate on campus, generating millions of views and rallying thousands of people in support of the chapter’s table. While encouraging civic engagement, the chapter faced a leftist student who tore apart their flyers and caused other property damages. When the chapter recorded the student, the leftist had a total mental breakdown, shouting and attracting the attention of nearby students. The clip of the leftist showcases the Left’s inability to accept the consequences of their actions, and the necessity of the YAF chapter’s activity at the University of South Alabama.
USA YAF also exposed another “Sex Toy Bingo” on their campus, have grown their chapter significantly this month, exposed the USA NAACP chapter for election violations, and regularly hosted topic-based tabling.
“Despite harassment, assault, and pushback from students and the administration,” said Chairman William Davidson, “we remain more active than ever, continuing our work with smiles on our faces, as President Ronald Reagan encouraged, we go forth as ‘happy warriors.”
The following members were instrumental in USA YAF’s success:
