On Thursday, a federal judge vacated the Biden-Harris administration’s radical and unlawful rewrite of Title IX nationwide. This key ruling is a landmark victory in Young America’s Foundation’s efforts to protect students and oppose the radical Left’s war on women, science, and sanity.
Thursday’s important ruling builds on YAF’s previously filed lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration to stop this obnoxious, overreaching, and unconstitutional rule designed to stuff down our throats the far Left’s noxious fidelity to transgenderism. This ruling extends YAF’s previous victory — an injunction that prohibited any school where a member of YAF was enrolled from implementing the Biden-Harris administration’s rule — to the entire nation, effectively defeating the Left’s attempt to erase women and deny biological reality.
YAF is exceedingly pleased that Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, a YAF alumnus, stepped forward to help YAF protect conservative students who refuse to adopt leftist lies. This ruling is a much welcome victory for YAF, our students and activists, and everyone who loves truth and fights for free speech all across America.
