Geoffrey Ingersoll serves as the director of YAF’s National Journalism Center.
He graduated from Penn State in 2004 and quickly became a Teach for America reject.
He then enlisted in the Marines as a writer. After his honorable discharge in 2009, Geoffrey enrolled in NYU’s graduate journalism program, discovering, in the process, that Greenwich Village is scarier than Baghdad.
He has worked for Business Insider, CNN, the New York Daily News, and Marine Corps Times.
Before joining the YAF and NJC teams, he served as editor-in-chief of the Daily Caller for eight years.
Geoffrey has reported from Afghanistan, Iraq, the Korean DMZ, and Cleveland.
