Tawny Kilpper

Middle School Program Director

Tawny Kilpper, a creative strategist and committed advocate of conservative values, has recently taken on the Middle School Program Director role at Young America's Foundation. Her mission is to inspire and instill conservative values in young learners nationwide.

With over two decades of professional experience spanning various sectors, Tawny brings a wealth of knowledge to the YAF team. Her previous roles encompass education, marketing, event production, and fundraising, marking her as a multi-talented professional who has honed the ability to craft compelling narratives and innovative programs.

As Director of Admissions and Marketing at Providence School (K-12), Tawny demonstrated her leadership abilities and strategic acumen. She orchestrated initiatives that expanded the school's reach, unified its culture, and, notably, reversed attrition trends to boost enrollment significantly.

Before Providence, Tawny served as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Westmont College. There, she managed creative content and co-directed campaigns that increased engagement and exceeded fundraising targets, reaching a financial goal of $3.1 million for the first time in a decade.

Additionally, Tawny's professional journey includes an impressive stint in the film and theatre industries. Her roles as an event producer, production coordinator, script consultant, and screenwriter have further honed her skills in strategic planning and engaging storytelling.

A Los Angeles native, Tawny is deeply passionate about education and youth engagement. Her work reflects an unwavering commitment to conservative values and creative problem-solving. As the Middle School Program Director, she aims to foster an understanding of conservative principles in young minds, shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
