When the University of Alabama denied an evangelist the right to share his faith on common sidewalks at the public university because he had not obtained a ten-day advance permit, evangelist filed a lawsuit in federal district court. As the case progressed, YAF joined an amicus brief to argue that the Supreme Court should decide the case. The Court unfortunately denied review of the case.
