With the recent Supreme Court victory for unborn babies, the Biden administration used the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act to “find” a mandatory abortion rule. Based on this novel interpretation of a Reagan-era law, doctors would be forced to provide abortions even where state laws prohibit it. YAF is asking the Court to require the administration to stay in their lane, and out of the States’ domain.
