In a new report recently published by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, professor Dr. David Golding claims that killer whales exhibit “racist” behaviors. In an apparent attempt to push his leftist agenda, the professor absurdly tries to draw parallels between the social dynamics of these marine mammals and human behavior.
According to the 41-page report, which was thoroughly examined by the Young America’s Foundation’s New Guard, killer whales exhibit in-group favoritism and out-group hostility that can be interpreted through a racial lens. Their social stratification and preferential treatment of certain pods over others resemble the systemic racism found in human cultures, he claims.
He goes on to claim that the differentiation between pods of killer whales, as marked by cultural traits and vocalizations, can be seen as a form of “cultural xenophobia,” similar to how human societies have historically segregated and discriminated against different groups, and like the Left claims so frequently happens in today’s world.
Dr. David Golding, who holds a degree in Social Justice, has a history of producing agenda-driven work. One of his previous publications examined an animated Nickelodeon series, “Rocko’s Modern Life.” Golding accused the show of promoting “commodity fetishism” and reinforcing “coloniality.”
Taking a closer look back at Golding’s study of the Nickelodeon show, it becomes clear that he aims to leverage his perceived “academic authority” to push the Left’s agenda into everything he does. In that study, he remarked that the “harmful” show “casts a white male gaze upon human diversity and fetishizes ‘other’ cultures as commodities available for consumption.”
