Dawson Arnold serves as a development assistant at Young America’s Foundation’s National Headquarters. His involvement with YAF began when a friend invited him to attend YAF’s Freedom Conference in Reston, Virginia.
Instead of attending college, Dawson chose to complete his final year of high school at a trade school, where he learned welding. After graduating, he worked as a welder, traveling up and down the East Coast for various projects. He later transitioned into excavation, working as a pipe layer and equipment operator.
In mid-2025, Dawson felt called to become more involved in the Conservative Movement and joined the YAF team in February 2026.
