The University of Georgia YAF chapter is proud to host Capitalism vs. Socialism: The Campus Debate of the Year, featuring Venezuelan economist Dr. Daniel Di Martino and former Athens mayoral candidate Tim Denson.
During this timely debate, Di Martino and Denson will discuss and defend the merits of capitalism and socialism, offering competing perspectives on some of today’s most important economic and political questions. The debate will be moderated by UGA professor B. Bryan Barber and will conclude with an audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with both speakers.
