“There’s a flickering spark in us all which, if struck at just the right age, I think, can light the rest of our lives.” —President Ronald Reagan

Conference Description

Join Young America’s Foundation for our largest and most exciting summer program ever—the June High School Conference at the Reagan Ranch, held June 16-19, 2026, in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. This year’s conference features a brand-new schedule, expanded programming, and the best speakers ever!

As part of this weekend, attendees will take part in a special Freedom at 250 Rally, commemorating America’s 250th birthday. This high-energy rally will feature top hosts from The Daily Wire alongside your other favorite conservative powerhouse speakers, bringing together hundreds of young leaders for an unforgettable celebration of America’s founding principles. Students will explore the ideas of 1776, confront modern attacks on freedom, and gain the confidence to lead boldly in their schools and communities during this historic anniversary year.

Throughout the week, you will:

  • Walk in President Reagan’s footsteps at Rancho del Cielo
  • Learn from the most influential voices in the Conservative Movement
  • Build friendships with like-minded students from across America
  • Strengthen your communication, leadership, and debate skills
  • Dive deep into the principles that shaped Ronald Reagan’s life and presidency
  • Enjoy exclusive YAF resources, books, materials, and awesome swag
  • Experience a fresh, expanded program structure with new speakers, student engagement sessions, and specialized educational tracks

You will also journey to the Reagan Ranch itself—where President Reagan lived, worked, rode horses, split wood, and shaped the ideas that transformed the world. The Ranch stands as a living monument to humility, hard work, optimism, and love of country. Here, students engage firsthand with the ideas and character of one of America’s greatest leaders.

In a time when young people are told America is defined by oppression rather than opportunity, this conference will equip you with the knowledge, courage, and clarity to defend freedom confidently on your campus and beyond.

This is more than a conference—it’s the start of your leadership journey.

Program Schedule

Begins: Tuesday, June 16 at 5:30 p.m.
Ends: Friday, June 19 at 5:00 p.m.

A full agenda will be sent via email prior to the conference.

🎓 Educational Tracks

As part of the June High School Conference, students will choose one of two educational tracks designed to provide deeper, more focused training in key areas of conservative thought. Students must register for one track, and space in each track is limited.

While all students will be exposed to the core principles of faith and freedom and free enterprise, the educational tracks provide a focused emphasis on these themes during select daytime sessions. General sessions, keynote speeches, and shared programming will ensure that every attendee gains a strong, well-rounded understanding of conservative ideas across both areas. The track system simply allows students to dive deeper into the topics that most interest them, while still benefiting from a unified conference experience.

Please note: If you are attending with friends, you may be separated for some daytime sessions if you choose different tracks. All students will still come together for general sessions, meals, and evening programs.

Free Enterprise Track

This track is designed for students who want a strong foundation in economics, free markets, and entrepreneurship.

Students in this track will:

  • Learn why free enterprise—not government control—is the engine of prosperity
  • Examine the failures of socialism and central planning
  • Hear from business leaders, economists, and experts on economic freedom
  • Gain practical tools to defend capitalism and free markets in the classroom and beyond

This track is ideal for students interested in economics, business, public policy, or entrepreneurship—and for anyone who wants to confidently articulate the moral and practical case for free enterprise

Faith and Freedom Track

This track explores the relationship between faith, freedom, and conservative principles in today’s culture.

Students in this track will:

  • Learn from leading conservative thinkers who are experts on the right to life, marriage and gender, illegal immigration, socialism, and more
  • Explore how moral truth, human dignity, and freedom are deeply connected
  • Learn how to respond to cultural and political attacks on religious freedom
  • Gain confidence to live out and defend their beliefs with clarity and courage

This track is especially valuable for students who want to better understand how faith informs conservative ideas and how to navigate cultural and political challenges with conviction and grace.

For the Ranch, bring a jacket and wear comfortable shoes for walking.

Except in case of emergency, if accepted to attend YAF’s event, I must notify YAF May 31, 2026, of my or my child’s inability to attend or I may be charged $2,500 since it is too late to give my reserved space to another participant.
