Do No Harm filed this case on behalf of its members, who wished to remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation. The lower court, in violation of established law, required the members reveal their identities or they could not protect their rights in court. YAF filed this brief to ask the appeals court to overturn the lower court’s decision and uphold a key principle of the First Amendment: the right to anonymity.
