The federal government continues to intrude upon the relationship between employee and employer. Now, the Department of Labor has reinterpreted salary rules to require that employers like Mr. Mayfield must do things the government’s way, rather than creating incentive programs so employees can determine their own pay in a manner that benefits both employee and employer. YAF has asked the Court to find this “regulation” is outside of the department’s authority.
