Cowardly administrators at Northwestern and Rutgers recently responded to the pro-terrorist encampments they allowed to fester on their campuses by acquiescing to radicals’ outrageous demands. Each school agreed to establish scholarships expressly limited to Palestinian students—an unequivocal violation of Title VI of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964. YAF filed civil rights complaints with the Department of Justice to stop these unlawful scholarship programs.
