Connor Vogelsong

Program Assistant for YAF Membership

Connor is a recent graduate of Penn State Harrisburg with an associates of science in criminal justice. In his freshman year of college, he encountered the Penn State Harrisburg YAF chapter at the fall involvement fair. The next year he served as the 2022-2023 Penn State Harrisburg YAF chairman. During his term, the club increased from only 4 active members to 15. Connor has attended YAF events including the 2023 Activism Training Seminar and the 2023 Dallas Freedom Conference. It was these events that gave him the tools to effectively push back against the liberal orthodoxy at Penn State.

In his spare time, Connor enjoys fishing, hunting, trap shooting, reading philosophy, and socializing with friends. He is an active member in his community as well as being a volunteer at the Masonic Village retirement home for 6 years, playing percussion in the Bainbridge Band and Hershey Symphony, and being involved in DeMolay.

Connor was raised in a conservative household where his parents taught him the values of hard work and fiscal responsibility. He became more active in the Conservative Movement when he interned for PA Senator Ryan Aument serving as a legislative intern doing research into future legislation. Connor holds the values of a free market, limited government, and eternal vigilance to be the foundations of American society. He will continue to stand up for what he believes in and hopes to rally more to the cause.
