Daniela Gomez is the Executive Office Assistant at Young America’s Foundation.
Originally from Queens, New York, Daniela first learned about YAF by attending their 2024 National Conservative Student Conference in Washington, D.C.
Inspired by YAF’s mission, she interned for the Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women in summer 2025 where she helped organize a Capitol Hill Club event for over 100 young women interning on Capitol Hill. Speakers included Riley Gaines, Emily Jashinsky, K.T. McFarland and others.
In the fall, Daniela did an online public policy fellowship with the Heritage Foundation and worked on Curtis Sliwa’s mayoral campaign back home.
In the spring of 2026, Daniela completed an internship with the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, where she assisted with the State of Union Address and Friends of Ireland Luncheon. She is excited to join YAF as a full-time staff member.
Daniela lives in Northern Virginia with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending quality time with family and friends.
