Felicity Schmidt is a recent graduate of Christendom College and a development officer at Young America’s Foundation. She attended her first YAF conference as a freshman, which inspired her to major in political science and economics.
In the summer of 2024, Felicity interned at the Reagan Ranch Center. Following this experience, she became a YAF member and founded a chapter on her campus. As chapter president, she organized the 9/11: Never Forget project for two consecutive years and led various tabling events.
Her commitment to the Conservative Movement continued with an internship at the Heritage Foundation in the summer of 2025. She also served as a part-time social media coordinator for the Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women from 2024 to 2025 and contributed articles to Campus Reform and The New Guard throughout her college career.
On campus, Felicity served as student body vice president during her senior year, was a member of the philanthropy board, co-led a women’s formation group, and was a participant of the Advanced Studies Program.
Felicity is honored to rejoin YAF as a full-time staff member. She is excited to advance the Conservative Movement and share the mission of YAF and the legacy of Ronald Reagan with others.
