Wyatt Phillips is a program officer for campus advancement. He first got involved in YAF as a freshman at the University of Iowa, where he served as secretary of the YAF chapter and became chairman before the end of his freshman year.
As chairman, he worked with his YAF chapter to host influential speakers, including Dr. Burt Folsom, Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01), Kellyanne Conway, and Lt. Col. Allen West.
Phillips also organized several activism events, including YAF’s 9/11: Never Forget Project, Freedom Week, and the Pro-Life Timeline. He helped develop the Detransitioners Day of Visibility, which is now recognized as a national YAF activism project.
Phillips also played a key role in the University of Iowa establishing a Freedom of Speech policy, which had not been in place before his YAF chapter’s event with Kellyanne Conway.
