When local law enforcement caught some heat from a local Facebook journalist, they decided to lock her up – literally. They threw her in jail. The law they cited was old, unused, and clearly constitutional. Furthermore, the arrest was clearly retaliatory. YAF is asking the Court to uphold the First Amendment right to say whatever you want to say – especially about people in power.
