When a high schooler decided to form a YAF chapter at his school he ran into trouble: administrators who didn’t know what they were doing. The school had no written guidelines on how to form a club or initiate activism projects, so they banned things on a whim. For example, the school blocked a pro-life display because people complained. The student took this issue to the school superintendent, who agreed the school needed clear, fair guidelines.
