Pro-abortion activists are trying to undermine state laws. States like West Virginia have taken steps to protect the unborn, but certain groups want the federal government to “regulate” chemical abortions. In other words, they would deprive sovereign States of the right to outlaw or restrict abortion drugs. YAF has asked the appeals court to rule in favor of West Virginia’s right to protect its own people, including mothers and unborn babies.
