New Legal Action: Johnson v. the University of Oklahoma

Since the U.S. Supreme Court cases finally outlawed race as an admissions factor, YAF is working to see the principle of colorblind education come to full fruition. In this class action lawsuit, brave YAF student and chapter chair Brayden Johnson is challenging Oklahoma’s illegal practice of distributing financial aid based on race.
