When YAF at Penn State invited Dr. James Linsey to speak on campus, leftist administrators employed the usual tactic of pushing the event to an inconvenient, rarely-visited venue off the main campus, even though there were plenty of good venues available. Administrators claimed they had to do this because hecklers might cause security issues in repose to Linsey’s speech. YAF threatened legal action against the viewpoint discrimination, and the school immediately caved, assigning YAF their requested room.
